“Sew Slipcovers for Sofas and Couches” soon to be live on Craftsy

Yipee….. My new CRAFTSY CLASS is going LIVE in just a few days.  If you read my earlier post on my adventure in Denver you know that I am now an instructor for Craftsy.  Craftsy for those of you that don’t know, I can’t imagine you don’t, {wink} is an online educational website which features fabulous instructors from around the world.  They have topics such as quilting, dressmaking, pattern drafting, jewellery making, photography, cake decorating, woodworking, and oh yeah SLIPCOVERS!

My Class is “Sew Slipcovers for Sofas and Couches and it is about to become available to YOU!  In my class I will teach you the pin fitting slipcover method that I use in my everyday business.  This method is one that will save you time as it eliminates the need for making a pattern first.  You will actually be creating your slipcover right on the body of your furniture piece.  This method can be used on any symmetrical piece of furniture that you own (not one armed pieces such as a chaise or sectional). I have a different method I use for asymmetrical pieces.

So please keep an eye out as it will be available very soon.

Good luck and I hope you enjoy the class. I cant wait to meet you on the Craftsy platform and see what great slipcovers you design using the methods I will teach you in the class.  See you there!
