2017 is going to be busy year at Kim’s Upholstery

I was honored to teach at the Custom Workroom Conference and Market place in 2016 and am happy to say I will again be teaching in 2017.

Early bird mail in registration has ended and online registration is now OPEN.  Here is a link to the online brochure so you can see the list of Instructors and the Classes they will be teaching.   Last year I presented a class on Headboards and was asked to repeat this class again for 2017 as many who didn’t get to take the class were requesting it.  I am also teaching a Chair Upholstery Class this year. See the description and class numbers below.

May 1, 4:30-6:00pm  #404 / Upholstered Headboards with Kim Chagnon Give your clients the bedrooms of their dreams! In this class you’ll gain the knowledge necessary to design, build and upholster a headboard. Kim Chagnon will teach you the materials you’ll need to construct the frame, discuss which padding to use for the different styles of headboards, show you the steps necessary to apply the finished fabric, as well as share different options for installing headboards.
