The art of upholstery has been around for several centuries and the original tools have changed very little.
Over the years there have been a few modern changes such as pneumatic staplers and walking foot sewing machines, but the most often used upholstery tools are still the same as they have been for many years.
Upholstery is one of those fields that does not require you to continually buy new tools as long as you buy the right ones to start with. Of course, there are always fun add-on items that you decide you “MUST HAVE” as your skills grow.
