DIY Pouf You Can Make In A Couple Hours

How to Make a DIY Pouf

DIY Pouf Tutorial with Downloadable PDF

I had so much fun making these poufs that I had to create a video tutorial and downloadable PDF so you can make one too.  This project was made with less than 2 yards of fabric and about half a 3.5 cu. ft bag of bean bag pellets per pouf.  The video tutorial will show you step by step how I planned out and sewed my pouf.  You can use your pouf for extra seating or as a footrest.  What a fun way to add a little color to your room.  From the pictures below you can see that my grandchildren love them too.  I hope you will share pictures of your finished pouf with me.  You can find the link below the video to receive your downloadable PDF of materials and cut sizes.

Kimberley Chagnon
My name is Kimberley Chagnon and I am the owner of Kim’s Upholstery, located in the town of Greenfield in Western Massachusetts. When I started my upholstery business in 1996, I didn't know where it would take me, but I was ready to do what I loved and be my own boss. Now, we're a trusted source for upholstery services from custom–fitted slipcovers and cornice boards to custom curtains, covered headboards and more. When I'm not busy at the shop, I'm busy teaching. For the past six years, I've led classes for the Window Coverings Association of America group, popular conferences and the Sewing and Upholstery Retreat, which I co–founded. Now, I get the pleasure of teaching you too through our Online Upholstery Classes! I love to hear from our visitors so feel free to drop in a comment.
